If your healthcare provider, treatment program, or organization uses CHESS Health’s eRecovery solution, you may receive SMS text messages from CHESS Health, on behalf of your provider.
These messages are related to your care, treatment, or services and may include reminders, updates, or general support information.
Your Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you give express written consent to receive SMS messages from CHESS Health on behalf of your provider.

- Your consent is not required and not a condition of receiving care or services
Opt‑In and Opt‑Out
- You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message
- After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt back in
