CHESS Mobile Health Names New Chief Executive Officer, Updates Name and Brand

CHESS Mobile Health names Hans Morefield CEO and updates the company brand and name to reflect the expansion of the A-CHESS platform to includes advanced enterprise analytics and benchmarking.

Rochester, New York, December 11, 2017 – Hans Morefield joins CHESS Mobile Health, Inc. as the newly-named chief executive officer, bringing a depth of corporate, start-up and consulting healthcare experience to the helm of the addiction and relapse prevention technology company.

Morefield comes to CHESS after serving as vice president of population health and care coordination for Experian Health, where he led a team responsible for delivering the CareCertainty platform to ACOs, health plans, and risk-bearing health systems nationwide. Previously, he spent almost 15 years with SCI Solutions, as senior vice president, strategic development, where he was responsible for product management and strategic partnerships for the leading SaaS vendor for enterprise scheduling and community-wide order/referral management.

With Morefield’s arrival, CHESS Mobile Health will go forward as CHESS Health, incorporating a new brand representing the expansion of the A-CHESS platform to include robust analytics and benchmarking capabilities critical to managing substance use disorder (SUD) populations. Morefield assumed the leadership role on December 1, 2017. Wilkins will transition to a strategic advisory role, supporting CHESS and its customers by applying his nationally-recognized experience in recovery service management.
